The rain began again. It fell heavily, easily, with no meaning or intention but the fulfilment of its own nature, which was to fall and fall.

Looks like you had a rainy drive. Your rain missed us this time.
The road draws my eyes into this composition!
That large gray sky makes it feel very rainy.
The road under the rain gives a special feeling !
At its best though when it falls somewhere else 🙂
Indeed a really gray day, but nice picture with the wet road
Une belle prise de la pluie
The blandness makes a statement about travel
351 Fremont Rd.
Superbe cadrage de cette route à ras le sol et quelle profondeur et horizon.
Belle soirée
Beautiful atmosphere! I want to go at the end of this road!
We have rain here this morning. A typical grey November morning.
I have been catching up on your fine images now that my internet has been restored!
As always I have enjoyed them
I can imagine swishing along on that wet road
Beautiful picture, and love the quote too… when I had a English Professor read my first novel, he loved it, but he said ‘don’t give inanimate things living attributes.’ and i said ‘but why?? i love to do that!’ and he said ‘do you know what they call that?’ and i said ‘pathetic fallacy’ and he said ‘right BECAUSE IT’S PATHETIC!!’ lol
Rain is good, it makes a landscape come alive, or at least the plants. This feels very wet. However, I disagree with the English professor of Elaine. 🙂
Very atmospheric
Il nous faut de la pluie… Les plantes, les arbres souffraient de la sécheresse ici et même nous les humains….
Cette photo est nostalgique !…. mais belle.
Lovely, lonesome road )
Love this cold and wet scene!
