in fact, i didn’t see my garden visitor until i was processing this photograph

Lovely shot – I like the offset composition – and your little visitor!
Stunning clarity and light captured in this bouquet! And i love the shallow DoF used here.
Beautiful surprises sometimes, it’s the magic of photography 😉
A beautiful shot of that little critter on the flower. I often miss small insects, too, while shooting.
This is a gorgeous composition! He has found a nice spot! I love the bokeh.
It is a lovely photo.
that’s happened to me before, not seeing a bee on a flower i took a picture of… there’s something to be said about photography being a sort of second sight.
Don’t agree with Zola here. i often find things in snaps I have taken that I didn’t notice at the time. Painting or drawing something however is a different kettle of fish as close observation is a requirement. Nice image
Lovely image from your gardenvisitor
A lovely image, great DOF
Fantastique cadrage quelle belle fleur et rendu très doux des tons
Amitié
Fine clarity and light here, also a attractive vertical framing and a nice Bokeh.
It’s easy to see how you missed him. I would have also without your heads up. Lovely shot.
Very beautiful with lovely colors of this little world in the garden !
At least this is a photogenic bug. I hate it when I take a flower shot and later find a bug or bugs that are just ugly black dots.
Magnifique composition.
Très agréable.
Une très belle photo J’aime beaucoup ton univers bien à toi
that happens to me often. Like that photo you mentioned about the ‘line’ of something (piano and plant photo). It was a silky thread put there by a spider 😉
I love when that happens and is suddenly revealed when processed.
