Artists can color the sky red because they know it’s blue. Those of us who aren’t artists must color things the way they really are or people might think we’re stupid.

Such a towering, stately tree that dwarfs the residence below!! Your quote brings to mind my dilemma that I deal with to be more of an artist, yet not be stupid. 🙂
That is so cool. Starts with a great image then very nice processing.
What a remarkable image – I love your processing – and that’s just a terrific quote!
Everything about this pleases, sherri. Somehow, everything is in the right place and size
Very fine atmosphere old house and big tree together

Excellent quote picture combination
“You keep on getting “vision” and “verb” just right, Sherri.
The nondescript house could have been built 10 years ago or 100. If the builder planted a sapling next to it, we have a hint. Your texture enhances the impression that it is indeed old.
I’ve never come across that quote before but it made me laugh.
What I think of when I see this, is whoever planted that tree so many decades ago, would be amazed if they could see what a strong and magnificent sentinel it has become. It’s grown into safe keeper
Your image makes me want to live there. Another great quote.
