All photographs are there to remind us of what we forget. In this, as in other ways, they are the opposite of paintings. Paintings record what the painter remembers. Because each one of us forgets different things, a photo more than a painting may change its meaning according to who is looking at it.

Oh this is a lovely image Sherri
A beautiful image of the frosty leaves.
A gorgeous close-up showing the sugary crystals of the frost! Excellent DoF as well.
I like the icy edges. But if you are using your lens baby with intention, you are recording what you want your viewer to remember, so arguably what you remember. And even if you use a point-and-shoot or a cell phone (without apps) your choice of subject and framing are creating art. I suppose if assemble a group/family, stand them stiffly and click whether they are ready or not, then you record as contrasted to interpret. But I cannot think of a record or an art piece that does not change meaning depending on the viewer. So I guess I disagree with John Berger.
A gorgeous macro image. The detail is superb and I love the ice crystals.
Joli feuillage avec le givre..
Super macro image. I like seeing your work with the Lensbaby.
