Two of the most frustrated trades are dentists and photographers. Dentists because they want to be doctors, and photographers because they want to be painters.

A beautiful presentation! You are a gifted painter as well. Unfortunately our March snow is leading to more snow and rain in April. Hopefully we can have flowers in May! ๐
How well you can `style`
There is some truth in this. However, I love photography so it softens the blow of not being able to paint ๐
i loe the painting of the flowers Sherri… the lupine will burst into a full three feet feet tall filled with blossoms….peter:)
if that is your painting of the tulips, it is really lovely Sherri. I’m better at pencil or charcoal sketching. I’ve dabbled in watercolour because I love it so much but I’m not terribly good at it. Your painting is really lovely.
I LOVE your beautiful creation, Sherri! You are so artistic!!! And you ARE a photographer AND a painter! ๐
It is of course possible to be both ๐
Apologies if you haven’t been getting responses from me sometimes. I have just discovered that my spam folder made an arbitrary decision to put some of your comments there. I hope I have rectified the problem now.
I am glad you chose to illustrate your quote with these gentle blooms. Medical or dental procedures, whether drawn or photographed would probably be less pleasant.
I had a fraternity brother who WANTED to be a dentist, and he complained that getting into dental school was harder because of all the not-quite-medical-school competitors for the seats.
