do you keep your buttons & pins when you buy something at a store ? i do if they are out of the ordinary, because i never know when i may want to photograph them. the bag is from the madewell store. i don’t recall where i obtained the pins.
Take the number of the month you were born,
multiply by 4,
add 13,
multiply by 25,
subtract 200,
add the day of the month you were born,
multiply by 2,
subtract 40,
multiply by 50,
add the last two digits of the year you were born,
subtract 10,500.
is that cool, or what ?
Lorsqu’elles sont originales, je les garde moi aussi pour faire du scrapbooking! Bonne idée de les prendre en photo! Bise, bon week-end dans la joie et la tendresse!
That is so cool. Now who would come up with that?
We are having some (too long delayed) maintenance done on our 30 year old home. The construction crew put down a dumpster to collect the scrap and suggested we could dump any household junk that we wanted removed. Wow. broken clocks, old VCRs power cords, etc etc. I can see my attic. And all you collect are pins and buttons? I admire your restraint.
Superbe, tu as raison, je garde tout aussi et je collectionne les boutons.
Résultat tiroirs encombrés ! !!!!!!…….. 🙂
What a good idea to keep the odds and ends like this. And the result of that sum is amazing
Beautiful presentation . Yes , I do ! I keep all out of ordinary because I am always making something with my hands …patchwork and quilting , cardboards …!
Took me a minite or two to get the sum until I realised you put dates in a different order to us!
oh, i forgot about that
Sorry Minute!!
J’adore cette photo bravo 5*
an elegant simple still life
I messed up my math! 🙁 I like the simple elements and the wonderful contrasts in your image.
Quelle maxime öcrite sur ce tissus bien fait cele veut dire pusieurs choses, genial
Belle soiree
I like this image. For a while I also took pictures of the everyday objects around us.
A fine photo presentation.
Great stuff! I love the textures especially in the dark background material.
My mother had a box of buttons that she saved. Most of the buttons she took of of clothes that my sister and I had outgrown. When we were going through our parent’s house after they passed, we found the box of buttons. It brought back a lot of memories.
I never thought to keep these odds and ends but you are right, they make a splendid photo.
I like the lovely textures in the suede.
i used to save all my buttons in a jewelry box, which i lost along the way 🙁
and yes, that birthday math thing was way cool
nice pic, sister!
I love those arithmetic delights!
Yes, definitely well done
I used to save buttons. Jars of them. When we downsized, I let them all go — people actually bought them.
