I love how you’ve captured the waves crashing on the rocks! What a great quote!

A splendid composition that is nicely-layered! The people on the rock formation give a grand sense of scale. Powerful whitecap action as well.

Having been brought up near to the coast I agree with the sentiment. The sea is magical

Not at all sure I understand what Mr Cummings is on about. The sea can certainly stimulate the mind, or at least viewing its interaction with the coast can, but finding myself in it is a wet, usually cold experience, often combined with mouthfuls of unpleasantly salty water. 🙂

I almost missed that tiny figure standing on the cliff. A reminder of how small and inconsequential we are in nature – at least individually.

I love the sea. Wish we could hear the sound and smell the salt air from this fine photo.

A superb composition . I need the sea, the ocean that moves and is so beautiful and changing but I also fear it. It’s true, that’s where we reveal ourselves.

You can hear the sea against the rocks, nice composition with the people in the right background.
