courage
doesn’t
always
roar.
sometimes courage is the
quiet voice at the end of the
day saying,
“i will try again
tomorrow.”

Great quote to accommodate this beautiful illustration! A great pairing with the snail.

Just lovely! I have a font like that, but you knew that already 🙂

This is going to sound totally strange but I had the honour of spending a large part of the last 14 months on a cancer ward and I met so many people who personified those words. People going through the worst moments imaginable but with a smile and a promise to carry on. I have a bit of a tear right now thinking about them.

this is gorgeous, both the image and the text; the white “lead” in the pencil seems false, though – it cannot have drawn the image, nor can it have “subtracted” the image from the gray fibered paper. the handwriting font is very graceful though it is not the easiest read – I had particular difficulty deciphering “roar”

But if I didn’t love it, I wouldn’t have spent this time reacting.
